Information for parents and guardians who want to register their child(ren) for Harmony Elementary School.

Gwinnett County Public Schools is in the process of rolling out a new online registration system. This project is occurring in phases. Ultimately, the system will be a one-stop shop for safely registering and updating student information.

As we transition, please follow the guidelines outlined within the registration tabs above, selecting the one that is appropriate for your child(ren).

IMPORTANT! A child's registration is not complete, and he or she will not be assigned a teacher or be permitted to attend school, until all required documents are on file at the school!  Please don't hesitate to call our office if you have any questions about registration for our school.

Students RETURNING to Harmony Elementary for the 2017-2018 School Year

There is NO online registration requirement for you. Parents will verify information previously submitted at Open House on August 3rd (8:30-11:30 AM).

- Beginning July 2017
If you have a MyPaymentsPlus Account:
1. Login to your account
2. Complete the “Orientation Contributions.”
If you DO NOT have a MyPaymentsPlus Account:
1. Navigate to www.mypaymentsplus.com
2. Click “Register for a FREE account” and follow the simple onscreen instruction
3. Add your student using their student ID number (This number can be found in the Parent Portal or on your student’s report card. (Parents of new students may call the school office at 770-945-7272 for their child’s ID number.)
4. Complete the “Orientation Contributions.”

Students NEW to Gwinnett County Public Schools 2017-2018

Step 1– Beginning July 11, 2017, online registration will begin.

Step 2 – Review and gather the required documentation. Bring all paperwork to Harmony Elementary (Summer hours are 8:00 AM-3:00 PM).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
– Two proofs of residency in the form of a signed non-contingent contract/lease agreement AND one utility bill (examples: gas, electric, or water bill)
– Certified copy of student’s birth certificate
– Immunization record on Georgia Form 3231
– Vision, Hearing, and Dental record on Georgia form 3300
– Social Security card (or initial waiver on enrollment form if you do not wish to provide this)
– A Letter of Guardianship is required for registration if the enrolling adult is not the birth parent
– The enrolling adult will need to present a photo ID
– Name, address, and phone number of previous school
– A copy of your child’s most recent report card

Students previously enrolled in a GCPS school and transferring to Harmony Elementary for the 2017-2018 school year

Step 1 – Complete a Student Change Form. Forms are located at previous GCPS School or at Harmony  Elementary School.

Step 2- Review and gather the required documentation. Bring all paperwork to Harmony Elementary (Summer hours are 8:00 AM-3:00 PM) to complete the enrollment process.

2017-18 Kindergarten Registration

Beginning July 11th Online Registration will be open for Kindergarten Registration.

Step 1- Register your child through the Gwinnett County Online Registration System.

Kindergarten Registration- May 4th 11:00 am - 2:00 pm or 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
